Founder and President
Ed began his insurance career in 1999. His vast knowledge of, expertise in, and personal relationships with many of the most prominent multi-family community owners and management firms in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area, coupled with his business relationships with various multi-family ownership firms throughout the state of Texas, paved the path for his incredible success. Ed founded Crossroads in 2010 as a Christian-based company, after is 10-year employment with another public adjusting firm. Since that day, Crossroads has opperated under the pretense that “the client deserves personal attention and respect,” which Ed believed was lacking throughout the insurance recovery industry. Ed’s professionalism and dedication to detail, combined with his tenacity and team-building skills, have driven Crossroads’s expansion from a local Houston firm, to obtaining a national presence in the public insurance adjusting industry. His proficiency is in commercial property claim contract procurement with a strong emphasis on client retention. Ed lives in Cypress, Texas with his wife, Shann. They have two daughters and have been blessed with three granddaughters. He and Shann have been members of Foundry United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas for the past 20 years.
